Sandwich Panels
Roof, wall, and cold room panels with PUR and PIR insulation.
Sandwich panels are a rigid core between two metal skins. The core is polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) at 35 to 40 kg/m³. A typical build is a coated aluminium or GI top skin, a foam core, and a foil or shallow-rib liner. Profiled panels are made in 35, 50, 75, and 100 mm. Wall and flat panels are made in 50, 75, and 100 mm. Used for roofs, walls, prefabricated rooms, and cold stores.
